  2. Well, those were just my little personal abbreviations for where I ran. SP and WM are abbreviations for area parks. And HM stands for home, for days when I ran on the road.

  3. Ah, got it. I have a log of my runs too. Except it's a big fancy Excel spreadsheet (that I can't take credit for because I stole it from a marathon site) that calculates my pace, keeps track of my miles on my shoes, weight, HR (if I bothered to enter that) and many other things that I don't use. :)

  7. I actually tried to skip running a couple of times in the last couple of weeks...my body won't allow me to do it (except the time I was still drunk at 6 am...that was BAD). It's almost like I've become a robot. I don't even have to set my alarm and I wake up. Then I think about skipping, but then my body takes over my mind and the next thing you know I've got on running shoes! AACK!

  8. I think I heard one time that if you do something like 20 days in a row, it becomes habit and your body almost automatically will do it.
